We are seeing light, that is all we can see. The objects actually exist (just close your eyes and swing your arms around, you'll see).

Both. The concrete world is there but your brain takes in the sensory information & interprets it. We all see things a little differently. I'm an artist. Several different artists could paint the same tree & it would be completely different. We all have a unique inner vision. Also when there are witnesses to a crime, each one gives details that are a little different. We each have unique perspectives which are affected by our experiences, biases, etc.

Some people are delusional & see things that aren't there at all. Some people have faulty senses (poor eyesight etc) & can't see or hear things properly. Concrete reality is what is agreed upon among people but even then there is no total agreement. Even a camera can mess up colour & lighting. So there is never a completely accurate record of reality...

It makes difference only to the one who sees if the one believes that all is in the mind; if all is in the mind then that would only be the observer. And then it all is in the mind then where is mind? Is the mind all in all? If it is all in all then why thing have different value in the minds of different people. Mind to me is a personal way to see all that I could see, a window to the world. Could you, for instance, believe that all that you watch on you TV screen is all that is, in the box; that there are no real people making up the cast, no producers and directors, no TV station or satellites orbiting the earth.

It is quite strange that the most important person that we very rarely think of, if we ever do, is the camera man. The art of production is to make the camera invisible, a complete meld into the eye to an audience. Who then is the one who sees the thing in your mind?

It is all real, even the dreams ... I would like to believe it so!

Imagine being colourblind and not being able to see the colour red or seeing sound. What we see is our brains interpretation on what our "viewing tools", that is eyes, tell them. In the case of the colourblind their tools are faulty and in the case of the man who could see sound, his visual brain area was also linked to his ears, so his brain was interpreting sound as if it was information from his eyes.
The physical world does not always correspond to what we think we see. Hallucinations and some forms of mental illness prove that our brain is capable of making things up, that we cannot distinguish from actual reality. We who are not diagnosed with such conditions, and who are not tripping on mushrooms, assume that everything we see is actually there, however we have no way of checking everything by touch. I just accept that reality is not always what it looks like. What I see is depended entirely on my brain.

Well, that depends on what we are seeing. What we see mostly around us are really there ,we know it is.But it is also true that the human brain chooses what it wants to see.
The brain makes us things at certain times and we see what may not physically existing at times. This is what happens during hallucinatory experiences.

what u see is really there but u c it in a fancy way. like for example if u c a necklace made of gold we would say it is a necklace and fancy over it. but if we show it to person who have no prior knowledge of ornaments would say it is a piece of metal. so we all go to school and learn and goes into a fantasy world away from reality. our head is full of such fancy things. we get mad over it, we fight for it, we even die for it. this applies not only to material things but also about relationships. we are totally in a fantasy world. we don't know how to c reality.

Another good question... Its like the question of the falling tree in the forest when nobody is around... Does it really make a noise? We can never know!
