3rd degree charge burglary how do i bond them out and please explain how it works with the money. Do we get the money back

It depends on how the bond is paid; if you pay totally in cash, you are guaranting the party you bail out will show up in Court; if they don't you lose all of your money. If you put up your house as collateral, you lose your house.

If you cannot afford to pay the full amount of the bond in cash, you can go to a bail bonding company and pay 10% of the bail (cash or credit card usually). You do not get that money back; the 10% is for their risk for posting the bond to ensure the person charged will show up for their Court date.

Primarily they must have a bond ,bail that has to be paid. a way to find this out is to call the precinct that they may be at and ask how much is they're bail.find that out and take it down there.

no you do not get the money back you are paying for him to get out of jail, there are no refunds, my suggestion, if he did the crime then he needs to do the time, if your dead set on this, I would first contact a lawyer and see what options you have
