My bro. told me that it feels good b/c it gives us a sense of accomplishment; legacy. But I saw an old video I havn't seen in a long time and it made my access a part of its mind which I don't experience very often.

Because you had good memories and you enjoy remembering them?

Because you had bad memories and you're relieved to be through them?

Because your mind is getting old, and remembering anything at all feels like a victory?

Life is made up of memories. Our life is like a book with many different chapters & many times our memories are kept in photographs and videos. There's something comforting and warm about looking back on your childhood, your wedding, a special event or family gathering,holidays. Our memories record our journey through life.

I think if the old memories are good it just makes you happy to think of a happy time. No big mystery. It's just a good feeling to think of happy times.
