Hi. An angle is the same for any distance given to ends that increase in distance with the angular relationship. Twice the distance between them equals the same angular separation if they are twice the distance from the source.

"Coterminal" means that they end at the same angle. Like 0 degrees is coterminal with 360 degrees, -360 degrees, 720 degrees, etc. because if you add (or subtract) an extra 360, you just go in a full circle and end where you started. Therefore, the formula would just be:
(the given angle) + 360n
where n is a variable that takes the values 0, + or - 1, + or - 2, etc.

P.S. The first answerer must be smoking something. I know what he's saying, and it is completely irrelevant to this problem.

My advice is to draw a circle and draw the angle in, this will make what i am saying make a lot more sense. Take your angle and add it to 360 degrees. This will give you one coterminal angle. There is an infinite amount of coterminal angles for any given angle. To find others simply add your angle to 720 degrees, 1080 degrees, 1440 degrees... ect
