I am going to go to the doctor on the 19th (the soonest appointment available) but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for me. I have been having and am currently having cramps that are so bad that it is making me hot, vomit, I am extremely nausous, and I have been shaking and it also feels like I am going to pass out and this with the other pms symptoms I experience are making me feel absolutely horrible. I have tried everything, midol, pamprin, asprin, tylonal, motrin, motion sickness medicine and nothing helps, heat does help a little but not much. I wish I could stay home from work for the rest of the week but there is no way that will happen, I have way too much to do. Please just help me.
Also there is no chance of a miscarriage this has been happening for months in a row, it is nothing completely new. And there is no way I am pregnant. Thank you

Glad to hear that you have scheduled an appointment with your Dr. I would recommend taking Ibuprofen around the clock, as directed. Also, using heat on the area that seems to cause the most pain. sometimes soaking in a hot tub can really provide relief. Also, trying to concentrate on your breathing can also help to relax your muscles and relieve pain. Try to take slow deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Try not to over eat during your period or when you are cramping, i find it can sometimes make symptoms worse, constipation can also be a factor for increased cramping during your period. I hope that some of these suggestions help you out until your appointment!!

Take a hot bath and a Valium and go to bed. If you still feel horrible the next day, try the liquid gel Advil. They help some, take them as directed. However, there is not much you can do except get on a good birth control pill. There are some that really help with all of the agony. Hope this helps...

Sounds like your hormones are way out of balance.
Premenopause can begin very early and make your hormones sky rocket then plunge down.

If it only happens just before or during your menses and quits after you stop, then you need to have blood drawn to check your hormone levels. Female hormone levels can be affected by other hormones in the body that are messed up. Thyroid, pancreas, etc.

If there is absolutely no chance that you're pregnant, you could try taking black cohosh (an herbal supplement). Rasberry tea is supposed to help cramps, and evening primrose oil is supposed to help pms symptoms.

How old are you? Your symptoms sound like a friend of mine when she started going through menopause.

If you are not aware of Toxic Shock Syndrome, you should google it. It can be caused by leaving tampons in for too long, It sounds like you have a serious infection, waiting until the 19th is way too long, go to a WOMEN'S CLINIC OR THE HOSP.
