Option 1...I am a regular Kingston chip shopper and have never had a problem with any of them...and it appeared to be the cheapest also...!

Go for #1.

Ultra low CAS Latency is the best due to lowest latency ( high speed) and price is cheaper than Corsair. Crucial uses Micron memory chips and Kingston and Corsair buy those memory chips from the big four, Samsung, Micron, Nanya, etc.
And for your best deal take my advise and use the above memory. Crucial is a division of Micron and I havn't got any problems with Crucial and Crucial offers liftime warranty on their memory too.

ALL good stuff but item 1 is the best buy. I think Corsair and Crucial excel in marketing/branding that is why they could command a higher price.
