Well you can use a front end program like GameEx and it filters out games.
What are you looking to do? Are you looking to find roms to download that are English only? Or are you looking to use MAME32 to see only English roms you have? Or what?
I'll try and help with more information...

I havent seen one yet...thats why I just download one at a time from www.emusylum.com. they have a BUTTLOAD of roms for mame, and 95% of them work!!!!!
