thats tha main one of tha upcoming events that i am absolutely unsure of..he can be anyone..here r a few scenarios i came up with:
-he's a younger brother of tha real Brad Carlton
-he's Jana's brother (they r both from tha Czech Republic)
-he is tha son or grandson of tha man who killed Brad's family
-he's tha real Phillip Chancellor..somethin tells me Cane isnt really Jill's son think about it...no match on tha DNA test tha first time but a perfect match tha second time?? thats a little shady
your thoughts?

I think he is the real Phillip Chancellor. I do not think Cane is Jill's real son. Cane is up to no good and I wish Y&R would focus more on that storyline then on Phyliss and the Newmans and Abbots. That storyline is begining to bore me.

I have been thinking in about the same direction has you. I have been thinking that he has something to do with the people that killed Brad's family. I was thinking about the younger brother of the real Brad Carlton but that would be a good twist too. The Jana thing could be true too, I'm sticking to the whole killing Brad's family though more then anything. I guess we will just have to wait and see though. I hope it is sometime soon, I'm get excited about figuring this one out!!

I don't think the real Brad Carlton was from Czech Republic or whatever country the assumed Brad is from. He was American. The CBS spoilers says Adrian's identity will shock GC so he has ties to someone or something in GC.
PS: No Cane is not Jill's real son. This will come out by the end of the summer.

You have some good scenarios posted. I read a couple of months ago that Prof. Korbel is with Israeli Intelligence but we all know how story lines change alot. But I honestly hope that he is not involved with Jana. Of your scenarios, I love the one that he could be the real Phillip Chancellor.

i wish he's not leaving, i like Korbel! I felt so sorry for him the way Jack taken care of him whilst he got here back from out of city on a venture that Jack gave him and he found out that Jack became the single that replaced his article, then went storming into under pressure style and yelled at Jack for what he had achieved to him. usual Jack purely blew him off like he hadn't achieved something incorrect and why became he bothering him approximately it. What a jerk! it fairly is in all probability purely me, yet i wish he maintains to be in Genoa city for a protracted time, and it may be great if the writers gave him a first rate tale line so he could be on extra. i'm going to omit him if he leaves!

I think he has something to do with either Jana or Brad. I can't see him as Phillip. I am glad to hear that Cane is not though. The Cane/Amber storyline is so boring!

wow... great question & great theories! i don't really see him being the real phillip (even though i'm glad that cane isn't either! :) but i like thinking that he's connected to jana. that would explain why he could explain all of the accusations that she threw at him - and they did kind of favor each other with the dark hair & eyes. and i'd love for him to be "real brad's" brother who has hunted down "george-brad" for revenge! :D

I think Korbel has something to do with Jana
I also do not think Canis Jill's son.....I think that Cane is either Victor JR or somehow related to Korbel...

I don't think he's the brother of Brad since he's seeing his daughter Colleen. I'm completely confused aout his story hopefully they'll reveal more soon.
