Every game we need a smart coach because coach is the spirit of team and he now about all players of team there strong points and their weak points. Also we play in game what is tratigy when we bat first or when we bowling. Captain and coach discussed all 16 no.s players which 11 players is feet and in foam which type of cricket we play oneday, test or twenty-twenty game so coach and captain decide type of cricket game so select type of payers.

Coach is which power beside game but a major effect on game. coach is make intrinity in the game he is communicate every player personaly and he encarage players 100% therir contribute in the game.

Coach is like commander he say what our aim and which type we fulfil the our aim.

It is true that the experience of senior players should hold the key on the pitch. Cricket coaches look at the bigger pictures of the players and have the last word on pure strategies.

-10% to +10%.
This will show some times it is better without a coach.
But still a good coach will always contribute to the teams success by sharpening the players and keeping them on the prowl when needed.

No doubt that a team can win on guidance from captain and seniors, but that takes time off from seniors and captain and they dont get enough time to concentrate on thier game and the quality of their game suffers.
for example when ganguly was captain he concentrated to much on building players and team tactics/formation and in process lost his touch with bat.when releaved off the duties of team he concentrated on his batting and came out with a BANG!!!!!!

A big ZERO. This will soon be proved when (if) John Buchanan becomes Indian Coach.
