What is the problem ? one light second is 330,000 km, Now all you need to do is to calculate how many seconds there are in a year and multiply that with 60 million, then you got the distance in km.
However, 60 million ly is about 30 mp (mega parces) That a unit easier to calculate with. (one mega parsec is the average distance between two galaxies, roughly abut 2 million light years)

google:
convert 60 * 10^6 light years to km

60 * (10^6) light years = 5.67631704 × 10^20 kilometers

60 light year = 5.67631704 × 10(to the 14th) kilometers

60 light year = 3.52709989 × 10(to the 14th) miles

1 light year=9.46*10 ^(raised to the power) 12 km
thus 60 *10^6 ly=60*9.46*10^18km
solve it out now(using a calculater,of course)

1 light year is 9,460,730,472,580.8 km so multiply 60 by 9,460,730,472,580.8.
