are you slow?and why do you talk wierd?

are you slow?people always ask me that,and how I talk wierd. I think of things different and the common people misunderstand me. I am left handed that might have something to do with it. So they misunderstand what I intend to say, that makes them just as slow as me right? Does it make my brain functioning any slower than anyone elses if I just look at things in a different way?

If you are really concerned about your intelligence level, you can always take an IQ test to know your intelligence quantity for sure.
However, regardless of the results, nobody should ask anyone,"Are you slow, why do you talk weird", because it is very rude. Take it with a grain of salt, because they are actually embaressing themselves with their obnoxious behaviour.
Being left handed has got nothing to do with the pace of talking, whatsoever.
You might be a quirky person and your real friends will love you for that, unless you are doing something that offends other people, celebrate who you are, your own unique self, take up a field that you are good at and advance yourself in it, and people will start respecting you.

Also, keep in mind that a lot of people out there have short attention spans, and don't take everything personally.

Simply tell people you have "disabilities" when they ask if you are slow. From just what you wrote, I can discern you are mentally impaired and should not be ashamed of the ways you are. If people have a problem with it, it's THEIR problem not yours. Rather than to put up with their criticisms, or insults you can get rid of them by what I told you, of telling them you are disabled. By the way I have been married to someone like you for the last 22 years though I am a "doctor" and people think "we" are weird as a couple. Even my family doesn't understand why I am married to someone like my wife but I wouldn't have it any other way because she loves me and I love her. You take care OK, and remember YOU aren't WEIRD all those who can't ACCEPT you for the ways you are are the "weird" ones............

Everyone has their own personality and if someone do not like the way you are then move on and find better meaning friends.They looks at things different so why can't you. Do not let people control your life control your own. Say it's my way with me folks are the highway. Ha Ha.

Good point! I think you are right. We all have different opinions and different ways of doing things & looking at things. None of us are right or wrong, slower or smarter necessarily, it's just that our opinions & outlooks are different. We should be more tolerant of each other.
