I dunno... that's a tough one. They both have an insane amount of useless merchandise with their names on it... Everything I've seen for Elvis, I've also seen for KISS.... I'd go with Elvis, cuz he's been making money years before KISS existed.

Jimmy Buffett is the mega guy on merchandise he makes something like $50 million a year on merchandise a year.
