whenever i start any physical activity......i get real bad gas.....and it skrewes up my taekwondo because i have to like freeze......any suggestions.....;0

Keep a diary of what you eat and try to figure out what gives you so much gas. I guess other than that find a corner away from as many people as possible and have fun in your class.

EVERYONE in the world passes gas. The most glamorous woman, the most sophisticated man -- JAMES BOND (if he existed) would passes gas. It's a totally natural and mostly uncontrollable bodily function and I for one wish that everyone would JUST IGNORE IT!
Try not to feel so embarrassed and if anyone comments, just laugh it off.
And taking Gas-X before hand is a great idea!

talk to your dr. there are many things that could cause gas. maybe ibs or a problem with your digestion. definitely talk to your dr.
this is just something i have heard, dont know if it works or not, but chewing peppermints right after eating can help with gas- i dont know if its true- its worth a try, but i wouldnt chew them during taekwondo!

yea, you wouldn't look like the most weirdest person in the world if you pop some gas-x every time you take taekwondo
