California law, sexual harassment is defined by the person
that it is committed on, so if you were talking to a female
and she felt that it was sexual harassment, it is.

Yea, I know it's B.S.

For something to be considered sexual harassment, someone hearing the discussion would have to feel uncomfortable because of the discussion. That of course makes for a very broad range of discussions you can have that could fall under the sexual harassment category.

As long as you stop the discussion when asked to, you should get off with nothing more than a counseling session with a supervisor or HR person.

Just how descriptive you are in telling about the effects of the aphrodisiacs could have an effect on how much of an issue is made over it.

Even if your underling doesn't file any party who overhears your conversation has grounds to file a third-party sexual harassment suit.

I suggest you use the above term and do a little homework. It's a new claim for action that is gaining ground in many states and on the federal level.

If you're at work, talk about work. It's a simple concept.

Yes, he could file charges against you. Talking about anything sexual is considered sexual harassment. The rub is even if both of you don't view it as sexual harassment, someone who over heard your conversation could file charges against you both.

Sure sounds like it, unless you work for a pharmaceutical company that produces them. Especially if the underling is of the opposite sex.

Think about it. You're talking about means to enhance sexual performance. What place does that have in the workplace?

Yes and I'm not kidding. Get your resume in order and start a new job search.

I have a freind who talked about Howard Stern to the wrong people at work. He was fired immediately.

If your coworker considers it sexual harassment he/she may file a complaint against you. It's your coworker's call. Best to avoid conversations like this.
