I've heard of this before, and always wondered what it is.

Could you perhaps mean TAPING (putting tape on), rather than TAPPING (treating them as if they were drums)?
I understand that women sometimes use duct tape to make a circle with the sticky side out and put it between their breasts to accentuate their cleavage.

Taping your breasts is using tape such as medical tape to push your boobs up, out, or closer together to fit into certain tops.
Flattening your breasts is done by wrapping them in ace bandage, under your clothes.
DO NOT use masking, duct or regular adhesive to tape your breasts! To remove it feels like you are pulling your nipples off!!! Skin comes off with it!
Buy the stuff in the lingerie department.

Do you mean taping? It means using medical tape instead of a bra to create cleavage. Or double sided tape dfor certain styles like the versace dress JLO created all that stir with years ago. E-mail me if you want to know how to tape your boobs.

I guess tapping melons determines if they are ripe.
I suppose the same could be done on a breast...if you can get away with it.

If you mean "taping your breasts" ---it is tying your breasts down or duct-taping them so that they won't be as prominent as they otherwise might be.
