A friend of mine once dried a small marijuana plant, mounted it on poster board, framed it and made a picture of it. I had it hanging on my wall for a few years when I asked a cop about it, and he said that, yes, I could be busted for it, so......

Most states have guide lines saying "...under x number of grams, possession of marijuana is a misdemeanor." More than that amount it is a felony possession charge. Either way, you will get into trouble-it just depends on how much trouble.

No it isn't legal. Although some people may want it to be I don't forsee it being legal for quite some time.

No. The leaves contain a high enough amount of THC, therefore are considered an illegal drug.
