I have contact paper on the mirror and cut out the design I like. I haven't etched in years, and I got a cheap brand of etching cream (Delta) but it peeled off after it dried. I ordered a different kind, but I forgot the best way to do it. Paint it in, wait how long, etc?

I just got finished doing some etching tonight, I hope you got the Armor Etch cream. It truly etches things. The Delta gives the "look" of etching. The directions for your own stencils, with the contact paper, takes 5 minutes. Everything I did tonight turned out just fine. I used a paint dauber to apply it. You can get them in the craft stores. A dauber doesn't show any brush strokes. GOOD LUCK
