No, he's not. Other WR wear numbers normally reserved for QBs, but no RB does. The only precedent he's breaking is wearing the single digit as a WR.
Other things that make him not Keyshawn:
Keyshawn played hard, would go over the middle to make the tough catch and take his licks from the linebackers. All Moss knows is "go long" and he can't (or won't) run block.

Prediction: Randy Moss will be 2007 NFL Comeback Player of the Year. He is with a proven winner, a successful coach and a QB who can get him the ball. Randy knows where he's been and unless he's confusing Belichick with Brian Billick - I don't see where Randy can go wrong.
