Can Somebody Help Me?? I REALLY Need Help With My Computer!!?

When I hover over the icons with the mouse and a description USED to pop up for each icon, but now when I try to do that, the description comes up but it hides behind the toolbar and covers it..What should I do? Have anyone experienced this before??

Try rebooting the computer and having a virus scanner check for viruses. I once had a virus and that happened. I scanned it, found it and deleted it. Hope this helps.
