I love Chinese food, and eat at least 3 times a week, and you know i even when out with a Chinese girl for 5 whole months just for her cooking and she was even not that good looking but her egg rolls, kung pao chicken, and egg drop soup. Was so good i think I'm going to call her right now. anyway my favorite dish has to be shrimp chop suey. (and by the way shes married now and i dint care i am still going to call her if shell have me as a dinner friend-not!!!).

I love Mandarin lamb. But I also like Cashew Chicken, and Orange Chicken.

Pork Egg Foo Young - but it's hard to find a place that knows how to make it right! It's gotta be an omelette style patty (NOT CRUNCHY)made with lots of bean sprouts, covered with a brown pork flavored gravy (NOT SWEET).

I have no idea . . . that's why Chinese is the one type of buffet I will go to. I can figure out Chinese food more easily by looking at it than by reading it from a menu!

Pork fried rice with spiced beef strips and green beans using
a hot bean oil with sticks so I get every grain. Orange pekoe.
