Since when has the "the popular view" displaced valid and verifiable facts?
By the way, you forgot to mention not only the impact area, but perhaps the weight of a fully loaded jumbo jet may have played a role also.
Had the upper floors "piggy road" the lower floors to ground zero without being pulverized, that would have been grounds for re-evaluating all of the physical laws we now hold so dearly as factual.

Bingo smart-guy you nailed it with "popular" view. Ask an engineer how a building can fail or watch a documentary on it. Most people don't know what actually caused the building to fail and fall. They just know it was the result of a bunch of pissed off muslims crashing planes into them.
