hes what they need. he will be tough on the players. no way lebron would score 48 against us if bill was the coach. he has 2 wnba titles which is good i dont care if its womens. he might not be the best basketball mind but thats what assistants are for, good coaches are motivators he can do that.

That's a good idea. His accomplishments as a Piston and his pretty good work with the Shock qualify him for the job. His "take-no-prisoners" attitude and killer's instinct will definitely boost the Pistons. Who knows he might devise the defensive scheme Detroit needs - "LeBron Rules".

Avery Johnson is SO overvalued. Don Nelson fantastically plenty proved Avery copied each and every thing from him whilst he replaced into the Maverick's head coach. He schooled the NBA's extensive type one group with the 8th-seed Warriors. What a comedian tale! he's in simple terms yet another affirmative action case that the NBA has propped up, like Mike Brown. regrettably, the two won NBA coach of the year awards and failed miserably the comparable year, which proves the awards are a comedian tale. i could fairly have Laimbeer, he's a shown champion. If the NBA needs high quality black coaches, pass after ex-gamers that are sensible, or who're stern. furnish Hill, Shane Battier and David Robinson could be large, IMO.

No.
Detroit is aging they need to rebuild.
Also Cleveland is not playing in the WNBA
yes Laimbeer is a good coach but the NBA
is much more of challenge.

I thought they should have hired him after Brown left, he would have been my first choice. I am almost certain he will be the coach after Flip's contract is up.
