This is a binomial probability question. Define a success to be throwing a six; the probability of success is 1/6 on each trial.

P(0 sixes) = C(10, 0) . (1/6)^0 . (5/6)^10 = 0.1615 to 4 d.p.
P(1 six) = C(10, 1) . (1/6)^1 . (5/6)^9 = 0.3230 to 4 d.p.
P(2 sixes) = C(10, 2) . (1/6)^2 . (5/6)^8 = 0.2907 to 4 d.p.
So the probability of throwing less than three sixes is 0.1615 + 0.3230 + 0.2907 = 0.7752.
