Let's do it as follows:
1386/2 = 693
693/3 = 231
231/3 = 77
77 = 7*11
The answer is D. 2*3*3*7*11.

It would be D because 1386 divided by 2 is 693 which can be divided by 3 to get 231 which can also be divided by 7 to get 33, divided by 3 to get 11. So 2 times 3 times 3 times 7 times 11 is 1386
