Where is the least expensive housing near California Western School of Law?

I am relocating and moving from the East Bay Area to the San Diego Downtown area. I'm hoping for something around $800 or so, but any info as to the least expensive, even if it is more than my target price range, would be helpful. Even places close to SDSU would be helpful because I will be going for a dual degree. Thanks.
