Not at all. It was bound to happen sooner or later. and eventhough she is a movie star and is famous only because of her father who owns all the Hilton hotels. just because she is famous doesnt give her the right to be excused from doing something illegal. I mean non of the rest of us would get away with doing something like she did. So therefore, she deserves to be in jail. but i must say that I do feel sorry for the people who are already in jail and have to put up with her, as well as the prison guards there too.

I feel sorry for Paris Hilton because she has allowed her wealth and privilege to destroy her life. She seems like a very nice person, and with her resources she could make valuable contributions to the world and to our society. She could help America's poor, hungry, underprivileged, sick, disadvantaged, homeless, disabled, aged, and dying. She could participate in programs to help preserve and protect the delicate ecological balance between all men, plants and animals so necessary for our survival on this planet. Instead, she engages in salacious, sybaritic behavior that only diminishes her humanity and gets her tossed in jail.
Paris, you're a beautiful young woman: come to your senses and make something worthwhile of your life! If I had your resources, I could change the world for the better! -RKO- 06/06/07

I kinda feel bad for her... It would suck to have every mistake of yours (including the mistakes you make during those attention-seeking 18-23 year old years that EVERYONE goes thru) publicized. At the same time, I definitely think that she should go to jail just like every other drunk driver.

Well, just like the old saying goes, "Do the crime, pay the time." Maybe she could be under house arrest, and do community service.
Guess that would give ankle bracelets a whole new meaning! LOL ;}

She's no different from anyone else who breaks the law with the exception that she has a whole lot more to go back to when she's released.

To answer your question: Paris violated her probation and was sentenced to jailtime. I think she should have done community work instead to teach her some responsibility. This way she could still use her cell phone. This is only my opinion, but jail must suck to anyone locked up. Yes, I feel sorry that Paris is in jail.

No way, I hope she has to stay for the whole 45 days. Did you see that slop they were eating for dinner? I wouldn't feed it to animals, it was disgusting.

I'm a little ambivalent I don't feel sorry for her but I don't revel in the idea of her getting what she deserves.
