no, he has not committed an impeachable offense for the 1 millionth time, if he had, he would have been impeached long ago despite who had the congressional majority.

No, Congress is a little late. By the time he is out of office, the elections would be taking place. You know he would never resign, even from threatening an impeachment. Democrats are played by Bush anyway. He has the aces everytime they play their cards.
