Change grams Na2SO4 into moles dividing by MW.
23.5 / 322.20 = 0.0729 mol

Change 125 mL into L by dividing by 1000.
125 / 1000 = 0.125 L

Moles divided by liters is molarity.
0.0729 mol / 0.125 L = 0.583 M
