I'm still rather new to my black mollies, but when I got them home, their poop was a normal yellowish color. Now, I noticed it is more of a neon pinkish orangeish. I feed them tetracolor. But what does the flourescent waste mean? Is it bad or okay?

It has just changed color due to the change in food. That is a normal color when feeding the Tetracolor flakes and nothing at all to worry about.

I would assume that the food is changing the colour. If you have black mollies...you don't have to feed them food to boost their colour. Mollies are top feeders and mostly vegetarian. Get them some plain old fish food made by tetra, and try some veggies in their tank. Mine always liked lettuce (leaf only, no ice berg!) but it's a little trial and error. Do not over feed.

It's the food your feeding that is causing the color change in his poop! It is perfectly normal!
