we have several in the family
"Gormless"--meaning without a clue. "You're so gormless..." sound good.
Or how about "challenged", meaning lacking in some department. As in, "Come on think about it. Or are you challenged in the head?"
Or there's "dweebish", meaning ineffectual and timid. As in "Get on with it, don't be dweebish".
