Im a proud Canadian, but I absolutely hate the Senators. I am a hardcore Leaf fan. I would be pretty bummed out if Alfredson won a cup before Sundin. Alfredson is a joke, and maybe the worst captain ever. I also don't want Neil or Spezza to win a cup. I am very excited that Anaheim is killing them tonight(6-2) and are going to win the cup. What about you?

I am Canadian , but don't hate Ottawa. I just don't know how they got this far. They seem to choke at times. I prefer the Leafs and Calgary. Calgary because of the Kipper. Don't forget about 19 of the Ducks are Canadian. So while the cup is not in Canada it was won by quite a few Canucks.

I'm a hardcore sens fan, and sure I don't particularly enjoy it when the leafs win anything... but I still respect them.
You seriously hate Alfredson soooo much because he faked throwing a broken stick into the crowd? I thought it was hilarious, Sundine was the idiot who actually DID throw the stick into the crowd, so what gives?
That event I just spoke of was the FIRST time the leaf fans booed alfy... and they booed him ever since... which is for a stupid reason in my honest opinion. One event (and one as cooky as that) isn't enough to taint a player as much as Alfy has been.
Hate the Sens? Fine. But give respect where respect is due.

I'm Canadian from BC. No, I don't hate them, but I know how you feel. Because I hate half the Canadian Teams and Love the other half. Who do I hate the most? Leafs!!! HATE Them more than any other team in the league. Who else do I hate? Calgary and Edmonton, which is similar to you hating Ottawa in divisional rivals.
I'm happy to see Ottawa go to the Finals this year. I was glad to see Leafs not make it at all so we would get the Ottawa games on the west coast.

I hate the Sens but I'm from Toronto. So it comes with the territory. I couldnt root for the Sens. Would they, for us? No, I do not think so....(not that they have to worry about that any time soon). I was rooting for the Neidermeyer brothers, Teemu Selanne cause I was a Jets fan growing up, Giggy just cause, and I loathe Alfie, and Neil too. Mostly those two.
And for they guy who said "you might as well have cancer", you need ******* help. Get therapy. It's hockey. Someone is well within their rights to hate another team. Wishing a slow wasting death on someone is not funny and not a joke, so don't tell me to get a sense of humor. I've lost people to cancer so go **** yourself.
