Alright, I got work tomorrow and I may go to bed before the end of the game, so I just wanna say my piece before people start rumours...

I want to congratulate the Ducks on their win, they are a great team and I got nothing against them, and I like the fact they won as opposed to a team that has won it so many times before...

I'm especially happy to see Teemu get a ring because the guy is just a class act all the way...

As far as Ottawa goes, this is by far their best season in team history, so I cant be mad, I think they just went up against a team full of SC finalists who werent going to be denied...

When you look at this: http://nhlnumbers.com/ott.html, you see that the Sens arent losing any big names next year, so they still have time to win a Cup and I think they will within the next 3 years

I noticed that most of the Ducks fans who have been on here for a while (Jenni and Erica) are good fans and I got no problem with them, so I hope they celebrate the win big time...

ran out of room...

I dont know how other Sens fans feel right now, but me personally, who has followed this team for the last 15 years and remember the 10 win seasons, I know that this team has but the choking years behind them, and they have now joined the ranks of Detroit andthe Devils as the teams that year in and year out, have a great chance of winning the Cup

Sens you're a cool dude. Your team is young and they'll get the SC one day..just not today. They remind me of the Ducks in 03. *shakes hands*

Haha, I'm actually a Penguins fan whose team was eliminated and from that point on wanted the Ducks to win it if the Pens couldn't because of Teemu Selanne (who I've always liked), the Niedermayers, and J.S. Giguere. But thank you.

Indeed, it was REALLY great to see Teemu so emotional and happy. Seeing Scott hand the Cup to Rob was also an amazing, touching moment.

I definitely think the Senators can be repeat contenders in the playoffs every year, and I have nothing to gain from that. Brian Murray is a great coach. Ray Emery proved that he can be more than mediocre. The defense is solid, and as long as that 1st line is together, they'll be intimidating. I officially became a mild fan of Mike Fisher this year; he's underrated as a player and he's good people.

Thank you for being a good sport.

I wouldn't be surprised if Jenni's gone into epileptic shock. Lol.

Being a great Ottawa Senators fan, it is a crappy feeling whilst your group makes the ideal and loses, surprisingly interior the variety that Ottawa did it. yet as much because it sucks to lose, Anaheim did deserve the Cup. They outplayed Ottawa with their actual prescence interior the protective zone, their forecheck and in approximately each and every element of the activity you ought to probable think of. i'm going to constantly undergo in strategies this Ottawa group and how plenty the city went nuts the two circumstances I went in the process the playoffs. i'm going to additionally proportion the quantity of heart that the Ottawa Senators captain confirmed. Daniel Alfredsson replaced into staggering from start to end and could've won the Conn Smythe, as a results of fact he replaced right into a monster in this comprehensive playoffs. Inspiring play. What a year for the Sens. What a great greater advantageous year for the ducks. The Sens can use this could properly be a rallying element and win destiny Cups.

You're a classy guy, Sens. As a Ducks fan, your team gave me quite a scare on Saturday and after the first period on Monday. Better luck next year, you've got a good team in Ottawa. I'm sure their time will come, hopefully not at the Ducks expense, ha ha.

GO DUCKS!!!!!!!!!

Well first off I am a Leafs fan. It's too bad for Ottawa tonight....right now it's 6-2 with 3 minutes left...
It's nice to hear a fan like you who still sticks with their favourite team no matter what and can congratulate the other team.
My hat's off to you....and the Ducks.....there's always next year....of course I would like to see the Leafs take the cup then--hehehe

Thank you so much Sens enforcer! Your senators sent my sabres packing, but you couldn't send my ducks down. The senators played well during the series, but even better against the Buffalo Sabres. I have nothing but the most respect for you Sens enforcer. I will still be around in the off-season, but not so much. Once again, congrats to your senators for a great season, And i have nothing but respect for you.

The Sens have a good team, I think in a couple of more years they will take the cup(as long as they do not change up too much of their line), Anaheim this is our year, although i still love Chicago!

As for next year anyone? I think Buffalo!

I don't know if saying that they've joined the ranks of Detroit and Devils though. Remember what happened to Edmonton in 05-06 and in this past season? All I'm saying is that it's too early to tell.

I know I egg ya man but it takes some class to shake hands when it's over. Really nice. And what you're feeling I've felt every year since 1968. You'll get over it . We'll see you when the puck drops to start the next campaign.

Thanks for being a cool guy. I hate all the fights on here about how so and so sucks. (or "sux")

Here's to the Sens for putting up a good fight in the first 4 games! (I think the Ducks were just way too motivated for anyone to handle tonight...)
