Much depends on what position you have accepted. If you are in finance then try and find out what the company does for a profit, how and where money is spent , etc. If in the processing area then look for the stages of processing, machiney used, how old they look etc. During the tour also take the opportunity to meet people from other departments and also let them see you properly. If its a very large company you may not get this opportunity to meet others too often.

I would want to learn where all the different departments are located, the history of the company, location of the Executives, etc.
