They're both hot.
Jessica Simpson is really hot for a blonde.
Jessica Alba is extremely hot for a brunette. (she doesn't look to great blonde)
Also; both are only hot when their hair is in long curls; as it usually is; or simple. They cannot do short hair because of their facial features.
Best actress; I would say both fair equally.
The one thing Jessica Simpson really really truly cannot do is SING!
I'v seen her act (and I don't mean Newlyweds; that doesn't count) and she's pretty good.
Then again; Alba had more experience acting from a young age. So she would get more points because of that.
Jessica Alba by a few I suppose.

I like Jessica Alba better. Her personality is pretty sweet. I was a little skeptical at first because she seemed stuck up a couple of times that I had seen her on interviews. But I saw her on one today, and she seemed really nice. I dont like Jessica Simpson at all. She is a ditsy blonde! And she cant act! That Dukes of Hazzard movie was terrbile!
