My heart bleeds for those contestants. I certainly couldn't take all that harsh criticsm from Alan Sugar...whilest it maybe entertaining to watch at times, could it be contagious?
By this I mean could 'The Apprentice' be promoting a very bad style of management? IS completely slagging someone off really the ideal way to get the best out of people?

It does not at all. It is television wearing a "reality" disguise. It's all for show.

If half of those numpties actually tried that style of management in real life they would,
1, Get fired,
2, Get snotted,
3, Lose business,
4, Get snotted,
5, Turn customers off,
6, Get snotted,
Sod it lets just snott them.
Can you remember the last winner that silly bitc@ from Wolverhampton, well she last five minutes in real live training, so there you go.
By the way I would also love to snott Alan Bloody ars@hole Sugar.

It works for some people but this style of power management(and Sugar) has its day in the 80's.
I prefer the Branson Approach, a more creative than competitive business model

I watched the 1st sequence, and concept i could music into this night, very such as your self for a giggle. i like to work out fit's squirm. i'm going to be a millionaire until now any of the 'contestants' on that have been on that show this night. The script writing leaves plenty to be needed.

Yes management can be ruthless at time but the style of this show is ott, it gets and makes for good ratings.

yes ano not all business is run that way but he will always get away with it as he has money and the people are willing to do what he asks to prov they the best..x
