They make a super glue remover. It's usually right next to the super glue in the store. we found out about it the hard way when my husband came home with 2 tubes of it by accident and we wondered why the super glue wasn't working...duh!

I would try the "Nail Polish Remover" that can remove a lot of adhesives.... I'd let is sit for a moment before taking a razor blade to it. Once removed go over again with a final coat of "remover' and wipe clean.

I doubt that it is glass. It is probably plastic and most of the other answers will just cloud it. Take it back where you got it and ask them for help. You may be able to send it back to the factory for a new view window.
