Do you mean Deaf??? Meaning they cannot hear??
If so then it depends on the snake and who you ask...
Some snakes are thought to be, but it's still a question that people aren't sure about...

Only in the contemporary Judeo-Christian collective mindset. Before then, snakes were cherished and deified as nature gods, representing the eternal cycle of the universe. The snake sheds its skin as a person sheds their body and is reborn (again and again) Snakes also represent "new life" after what we consider "death". They represent eternity (figure-eight symbol) There is nothing inherently evil about snakes. They have just been given a bad rap mainly through the inoculation and implementations of modern-day religions which say that the snake only respresents temptation and sin. This is simply not true, but explains why so many people have such pronounced knee-jerk reactions and unwarranted fear of snakes (for no apparently justifiable reason) Snakes are good.

Some snakes are deadly while others tend to be harmless to humans only hunting annoying bugs, rodents, or small fruits. Not a snakes are evil or deadly. The garden snake is very harmless. It only eats rodents and other things. While a cobra snake is very dangerous to be around.
