Can you name some bands with female vocalists, preferably not screaming, Flyleaf is fine, but not all screaming like Eyes Set To Kill or Slipknot. Anything that is from the 90's to the present would be nice thanks!

Now, I like Evanescence.
Bands I liked in high school (late 90s) w/ female vocalists and no screaming were No Doubt, Garbage, Save Ferris.

I was going to say Flyleaf lol, that band is actually Christian rock and not all screaming. Letters to Cleo (former Boston band) are my fav. band ever. They had a feature in the movie, 10 Things I Hate About You, but they don't play anymore. But the lead singer is Kay Hanely and she still sings. Check them out.

Joan Jets and the Blackhearts is the best, but if you want modern, I'd say Dixie Chicks.
