My nausea started to fade at 10 weeks and I was all better by 13 weeks. It's fine, do not worry.

It sure is okay for the nausea to stop, and I'm happy for you:) There is no across-the-board pregnancy and nausea rule. It may stop anytime. You may even experience a reoccurence of it in the coming months. Some lucky moms-to-be never throw up at all. I happened to be one of them and yes, I thought something was wrong with me. I must have taken 20 pregnancy tests because I just "didn't feel pregnant" anymore. You are right around the time when symptoms start to go away - breasts hurt less, less nausea, etc...and the worry is common.
I'm going to suggest something that some moms disagree with, but it worked for me. Look into renting a fetal heartbeat monitor. It can cost about 20 or 30 dollars per month. You are right about at the gestational period when you can start to hear a heartbeat at home. Some people say that the Doppler Radar can't be good for the baby, but as long as you're not doing it 24/7 I don't see the harm, and it certainly helps your stress level, especially since you've experienced a loss before. I think the money is worth the peace of mind. You can rent them for as many months as you want...of course soon your baby will be big enough to feel those kicks and you won't need it anymore.
But yeah, it's totally okay for the throwing up to stop. I think you'll be fine.

Everyone is different. Every pregnancy is different. Be glad your nausea stopped now! lol
With my first son, I threw up day and night the whole pregnancy. It was terrible.
With my second son, I never experienced the nausea or vomiting at all. I was worried, too, but he is the best baby ever and I was worried for nothing.
Relax... you and your baby will be fine. They say that the sickness usually goes away by 12 weeks. Who knows... you might even be further along than you or your dr think. Anything can be a factor. Just stop worrying, and enjoy your pregnancy.
Good luck!

I really dont think that is strange. your body is just Ok with all of the new hormons that the new baby is giving off. Just relax and enjoy being able to eat!!! I know that everything is just fine with my pregnancy. I think I had nausea for about 4 or 5 weeks and nothing till now I get a slight touch of it every so often. Just not as bad.. Congrats and good luck!!!

My nausea stopped between 9 and 10 weeks with my first pregnancy. Some women never get morning sickness at all and that's normal also. My doctor said that once you see the heartbeat, your chances of miscarriage decrease drastically.

yup yup, consider yourself lucky. there is no absolute timetable that pregnancies follow. im sorry about your miscarriage, but im not sure that your lack of nausea had anything to do with it. ive had 5 pregnancies (3 girls and 2 miscarriages) and everyone of them was different. relax and have your scan on monday, bring it up to your dr if your want. in the meantime, enjoy feeling well, and not being sick. good luck.

You are just fine. Try not to stress. Some women don't even have morning sickness at all. Be lucky. I was sick from 5 - 20 weeks.

Some women don't get sick at all, so if you have stopped vomiting already, it is perfectly okay. Just be happy that you aren't one of those women that have morning sickness all day, every day of their pregnancy. Good luck.
