STRANGE!!!!
You would get a chance to interview the manager only if u r a journalist or so. Else bank managers ask lots of questions to all the people, I presume.
If you need to ask questions and the manager allows to get bullied by you, questions will really depend on the purpose of the interview. Pls state the purpose so that people can suggest related questions.

If you are a journalist:
What is so special about your bank ? Why should I open an account at your bank rather than somewhere else?
What options you have for student accounts ?
How and why should you encourage young children to open a savings account ?
As an HR manager ?
Why did you choose to be a bank manager ?
Why should I hire you, what qualifies you for the position you are seeking ?
Why would you want to work at this bank in particular, rather than anywhere else ?
What kind of prospects would you bring to our institution, if we did consider to hire you in a week's time ?

01) What is the budget planned for 2007, what sectors will it aim at and what will be the main projects?
02) What are the main requirements of the bank needs to follow with regards to privatization, structural reforms, etc?
03) What are the most important macroeconomic risks the Government should pay special attention to in order to avoid new shocks in 2007, and in the following years?
04) What period of time do you think bank needs in order to get back to the previous growth pace, approx. 7% per year?
