very easy do it yourself.
For ex. my corolla had a 349 trip between city and highway and i went to the nearest gas station and i filled the tank with 10 gallons. so then you divide 349 / 10 = 34.9 MPG
That's the result.

federal government and carries the mpg on cars.

FYI--they're not very accurate in real-world conditions.

don't know. mpg depends a lot on the driver
