How can you get backstage passes to a Panic! at the Disco concert? How much would they be?

I've been back stage at a lot of concerts. Not once were the passes purchased. Back stage passes come through connections and favors. all venues have their regulars. When the show is over there are still people working in the venue. Go see about getting a job helping back stage or in the venue itself, Security, usher, gofer, ticketing or concessions. once you are in with the management and need an occasional pass for you and your friends for special occasions you will have what you need. The only other way is to know the artists or their roadies. Try getting back stage for the Stones. I managed it once. hardest pass in the world.
