No, it's classified as "Sarcophagy" unless it's self-cannibalism (i.e. eating fingernails, inside of the cheeks, etc) at which point it's considered "Auto-Sarcophagy"

No. Pica is simply eating non-food items.

Cannibalism is socially stigmatized and medically unsound.

I think forcing herbivorous animals like cattle to eat animal protein is a form of cannibalism, too.
