Im due and 80 percent efaced, but only finger tip dialated. What can I do to help me dialate more?

The funny thing is is that my friend was messing around at the grocery store and was doing squats (she was 37 wks). She went into labor that night. She was ready

All's you can really do is walk a lot. Other than that there is nothing you can do, none of the myths are true.

Sex is the beast thing to bring on labour. Even my midwife told me to that its works the best!

you should wait or talk to your doctor, you problee shouldn't be doing squats and stuff, you don't want to hurt your baby.
