I was at a dance club and a guy made a smart remark that I found offensive....I reached down and grabbed his nuts and squeezed hard....he sort of went white and collapsed. I heard through his friend that he might need an operation...and that he might go to the police even. What happened here? I thought I'd just teach him a lesson....someone used the word "rupture". Am I going to be in trouble?

You should be arrested and sued. If your response to "offensive" comments is violence, you are as bad as a man who hits a woman. It's a two way street. Assault is assault, and you are guilty of assault. It CERTAINLY wasnt self defense. If you had tried that with me, I would have kicked your butt.

I hope u get charges filed against u, it would serve u right and yes it is possible u ruptured one of his testicles and if u did i hope u have to pay all the medical expenses (which they could make u) next time someone says something u dont like grow up and handle it like an adult. i think hes gonna be the one teaching u a "lesson", and what ever u get u deserve.

You assaulted the guy. Granted he made remark that you found offensive, but you assaulted him. He now has the option of filling criminal charges. seeking civil damages or both. You could be looking at jail time and a large judgement agaist you (medical expenses pain and suffering ect). I think you are in alot of trouble.

Yeah, there could be charges filed for sure.....you can't just squeeze someone by the nads when they say something smart.

omg! i would hate to mess with you. I dont know about being sued, but he could definitely press charges against you.

you assaulted him, you can't hurt someone just for an offensive remark, What you did was no different than punching someone out...........jail time for you
