The CEO has to take a lot more pressure and stress than you do. It's not easy to run such a big company. You are just given work to do and you do it according to instructions. If you have a question you ask your supervisor. It's that easy. The CEO has to make critical decisions on a daily basis, and one wrong move could screw the entire company over. Also, he has no one higher up to ask for help. It's a ridiculous amount of stress, and that is the amount of money it takes to get people to be willing to do it.

First my bonus was taken away 5 years ago. Be happy you still get one.

Second Life is not fair.

Third you could be a CEO if you wanted. The average CEO only has a Business degree with various certifications. They worked there way into the position.

We are not in a Communist state man...there is no expectation that everyone is the same and should get paid the same. That's called wealth redistribution. Get over it, this is the USA. If you hate it that much, QUIT!
