i can not see any mail in my inbox on one computer but can see on the other when i log on in email a/c.?

when i log on into my rediffmail a/c. i can't see anymail in any of my mail boxes on my one computer but when i log on onto other computer,i can see all those emails in all the folders.Did i do something wrong in any of my settings on computer or it is some kind of software or update which i have not downloaded.please can someone help me to solve this problem.what should i do?

I don't know is "rediffmail" is a first or third party mail client. If it is a first party client, here is what happens. If you have the mail client set to receive all mail when you open the "in" box then all of your mail that is on the server is transfered to "that" computer and is no longer available for download to another machine. You should use only one machine to receive mail unless you are networked.
