The ACS general chemistry exams are highly regulated and controlled by the publishers. Just like the SAT exams, copies of the exams are not to be distributed to students or the general public. You should not be requesting a copy of this exam.
Just like with the SAT exam, you can obtain copies of the ACS general chemistry study guide called "Preparing for your ACS examination in general chemistry: The official guide by Lucy T Eubanks (Paperback - 1998)" Used and new copies can be purchased at retailers such as Amazon.com
