i've got been giving my DD (22 Months) Tixylix for 'nerve-racking night time Coughs' occaisionally as funnily sufficient she suffers nerve-racking Nigh Time Coughs. The stuff incredibly does paintings yet I even have given her a 5ml spoon in blunders while on closer inspection the dosage is two.5ml - the small end of the drugs spoon. i'm in many situations incredibly sturdy at reading classes yet there exchange right into a factor she exchange into on antibiotics, nurofen & calpol and that they have got been all 5ml doseages so I purely assumed Tixylix exchange into a similar - it incredibly is not so use it yet do study the classes intently. that's sturdy stuff, it eases the sympoms & my DD by no capacity had any undesirable reactions to it.

An elderly person who lived through the depression (mid 70's+) may very well do something like this out of habit.

People who are greedy with their money also may act this way.
Someone who has lived in poverty or gone without a great deal, takes actions such as these, so please consider this instead of the rude answers. If this is a relative, take them out for a meal and stack the dishes for the waitress to clear or if eating at their home again, bring the entire meal along and then you don't have to worry about embarrassing situations like this.

I would wonder if the syrup I just ate was used syrup as well
I have nothing against vintage, but this is just too much!
I'd say "uhh" and laugh nervously, then back away slowly, haha. I think it's more funny than gross

Did this take place at a restaurant? If so, you need to report them to the health department. That is so gross. If it was at home or a friend's house, tell them that syrup isn't that expensive to just throw it away.

i must say thats pretty sick, if you were eating at their house dont use their syrup ever again but if it was at a restauronte jsut throw it away and if it was at your house throw it away, they'd probably be offended if you told them it was sick but go ahead if you feel like it and just be like, did you know thats really unhygenic and you could catch aids or hepititis from that?!

I'd get my own bottle of syrup... or use those individual serving packets. Gross!

eww. i would never ever eat at his/her house again. but i would chew up some gum and put it back in the wrappers. when they come over offer some to them, when they accept give them the chewed up piece still in the wrapper. hopefully they will get the point. unless they chew it.

I think I would turn down any offer to eat at their house in the future.
