Darling, I think it may well be spelled "peeve" with two e's," and mine is fairly simple: People who tailgate and blow their horns without even realising they have done so.

Ignorance!

Ignorance of thinking you are better than someone else because you are better looking, smarter, more educated, posess more wealth, drive a nicer car.

I have done all of that, and you know what??? I am still the same as I was when I started out...me, regardless of my background.

Get real, your self confidence, perserverence, faith in yourself, knowing who you are, remember where you come from and know where you are going, determination, love what you do no matter what you make, keep moral up when moral is low, show leadership, show civic duty, enjoy dance, art, music, color.

Who cares about the other mondane things of what labels you as a society to make you something only you think you are. Only the shallow will be offended.

The measure of a man is not what he has but what he gives to enrich others.

Well to be honest I have alot of pet peeves but since I work in a town in a dealership were alot of old people come around one of my main pet peeves is when old people crack jokes and there not funny at all and when I don't really burst out laughing there like "ya know it takes 40 muscles to frown and only 4 to smile". and then they walk off all pissy and I honestly don't care. This may make me sound like a major ***** but im not one to laugh at people who aren't funny and im easily annoyed by anyone of any age.

people who say/ask..
"Are we having fun yet?, you look like you aren't having a good time"
"Smile, you don't smile enough"

I'm not kidding you, this irritates me so much! It's not a bad question, but its when people ask me this when I am concentrating on something at work, or if you are at a bar just hanging out. It's like DUDE! I'm not going to be smiling when I'm focusing on a project!!! Or just because I'm not buck wild at a bar does NOT mean i'm NOT having a good time!!!

I don't know if its a pick up line, or coworkers just want to hear themselves say something. It just really get me! lol

thanks for letting me vent.. its funny that you asked this cause I had a co -worker today ask me " are we havign fun yet", seriously about 15 times today!

1- When someone chews on their food with their mouth open and it sounds like afternoon at the zoo

2- people that pick their scabs

3- people that chew on their fingernails and keep the nail in their mouth and swish it around from one end to the other.

4- toothpaste left on the bathroom cup

5 and the bigest is when people play with their feet. yuk that just totally skeeves the crap out of me.

Loudtalkers at the movies, drivers that suddenly make turns w/o signaling or cut you off, people who act as though another person is their personal doormat and will say stupid things like, "Excuse me, but that's your job." IOT, having to deal with rude people w/no common sense.

Car and house alarms. I live in a small village and I am amazed how often I am woken by some alarm going off and the owners (who I know are in) do anything about it.

My pet peeve is when someone starts talking to you and then they say, "Hey wait," so you say, "OK," and then they say, "Oh, never mind." That's my biggest pet peeve because they get your attention and then they capture you curiosity and then they say oh never mind!
